The AIDA ** freediver course is the foundation freediving course covering the necessary skills and knowledge for recreational freediver to safely freedive with or without a guideline.
You will be introduced to four freediving disciplines : static apnea, dynamic apnea, free immersion and constant weight. The course will follow your abilities and it is not a competitive course.
Enjoying is the most important point for us. We will first start in confined water and then explore the beautiful NorthWest Pacific while freediving.


Prerequisites:
Be 18 years of age or older (16 years with parent or guardian consent).
Be confident and happy in the water.
AIDA 2 - Program
Day 1
Morning online classroom sessions on the first day for Apnea theory, breathing technique, basic physiology, in the afternoon we will develop stretching and skills in the pool.
Day 2
We will start to dive the ocean to learn the technique of depth in a beautiful bay area as well as the learning of rescue techniques for freedivers. We will also take the opportunity to give you a short introduction to the dive sites, a geological specificity of the region
Day 3
We will spend the day assimilation of techniques and personal record attempts in a different dive site. We will end with theoretical exam on the training.
