AIDA 3 ADVANCED FREEDIVER

The AIDA *** freediver course is a course which builds on the skills learnt in the AIDA ** course. The aim of the course is to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to independently plan and participate in freediving activities with similarly experienced freedive buddies.

This course is really designed for you to improve your technics and most of all to understand your sensation. You will learn proper equalization techniques and free falling to depth.

During this course we will practice the four freediving disciplines in a non competitive way : static apnea, dynamic apnea, free immersion and constant weight.

Prerequisites:

Be 18 years of age or older (16 years with parent or guardian consent).

AIDA 2 certification or equivalent.

AIDA 3- Program

Day 1

We will go through the theory classroom session in the morning, then start the open water skills in the afternoon with introduce to free fall and improve dive quality.

Day 2

Start the day with class room session, then continue to develop skills in the pool. In the afternoon we will review and new rescue techniques for freedivers. We will also take the opportunity to practice more techniques for deep diving and stay more relaxed.

Day 3

We will spend the day assimilation of techniques and personal record attempts. We will end with theoretical exam on the training.
