The AIDA *** freediver course is a course which builds on the skills learnt in the AIDA ** course. The aim of the course is to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to independently plan and participate in freediving activities with similarly experienced freedive buddies. This course is really designed for you to improve your technics and most of all to understand your sensation. You will learn proper equalization techniques and free falling to depth. During this course we will practice the four freediving disciplines in a non competitive way : static apnea, dynamic apnea, free immersion and constant weight. Min Age Requirement: Be 18 years of age or older (16 years with parent or guardian consent).
