Mermaid Course Content 1️⃣ Theory Class + Land Training (2-3 hours) • Physiology and physics of diving • History and culture of mermaids • Equalization techniques • Introduction to mermaid equipment • Breathing techniques for mermaids • Breath-hold training 2️⃣ Confined Water Training (1.5 days) • All skills from the Basic Mermaid Course • Static apnea • Maintaining direction underwater while swimming without a mask • 5-minute treading water • 25-meter (80-foot) dynamic apnea swim using a mermaid tail and dolphin kick • LMC and BO rescue • Dolphin swim 15m + C-turn • Dolphin swim 15m + U-turn • Angel descent, duck dive (equalization techniques) • 360° backflip, mermaid bubbles, mermaid kiss • Hand-holding underwater, backstroke mermaid swim • Large hip kick, small hip kick • Emergency equipment removal and maintenance • Graduation photoshoot ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1️⃣理论课程+陆地训练：（2-3小时课程） 潜水的生理学知识，潜水的物理学知识，美人鱼的文化历史，耳压的平衡技巧方法，美人鱼的装备介绍，美人鱼的呼吸方法，闭气训练 2️⃣平静水域课程：（1.5天泳池） 1. 所有基础美人鱼课程技巧 2. 静态闭气 3. 在不佩戴面镜下，保持方向的同时展示有效的水下海豚踢 4. 5分钟踩水 5. 完成一次至少 25 米/80 英尺的动态平潜穿戴鱼尾且仅使用海豚踢 6.
